What new things will you find on the new website? We now have an easier-to-navigate look, as well as a much faster browsing experience.

You will also find our customer testimonials page and we are also adding videos to all of our products as we go along.

Also added, is the new Tech Support section where you can download drivers for your equipment directly from the website, and also the new remote-support system where we can login to your system and give real time 1-on-1 support over the internet !

We also have new products that have been added such as the Limac CNC range of routers and the all-new SaturnZX 3.2m wide-format printer that can produce prints at a massive 120m2 per hour !

In other news, we have sucessfully completed our trade-show circuit for 2009. After attending PacPrint in Melbourne and Tro-Pro in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth we had a grand tour of Australia installing this machinery and are pleased to report that we now have another ten happy customers to add to the list across Australia.

New Limac CNC Routers

Limac is the success story many Chinese CNC manufacturers aspire to be. It all starts with a man, with a Vision. Lui Johnson is that man with that vision. He has a clear understanding of how business needs to be done in the western world, the kind of support that is required and the level of service that is expected. His commitment to his business clientele, to the absolute quality of product given through attention to detail and his experienced team is evident in everything he does.

His experience comes from not only working on the production line of Multicam but also being the General Manager of Multicam in Northern China for 6 years. Yes, this guy knows his stuff.

In China a lot of things are copied we all know this. Even the copies are copied this is also true. A lot of companies buy components and put together equipment claiming to be the manufacturer when they are often one man bands working from home employed by a trading house. They neither care about the product or after sales support and more times than not you end up with the domestically manufactured product, not the export quality product.

Many people know of someone who has been caught by purchasing Chinese made product and they have had a bad experience. Limac is different than other companies. For example they are 1 of only 3 companies who are authorized distributors for the Italian made HSD spindles. They are the only company in China authorized to integrate and provide the I-cut contour cutting solution. Many companies use copies of the HSD spindle and even put a HSD label on it but it is still a copy.

For many companies it is about providing low cost solutions not quality long life products. Liu limits his factory production to just 10 units per month in order to maintain quality even though it is capable of producing much more. Limac routers are not the cheapest on the market but they represent excellent value for the quality you get, as each machine is engineered to precise specifications.

Here in this picture you can a 3103 being precision machined on one of the large lathes. After final assembly Liu personally inspects the machines before they are packaged and shipped to their world wide distributor network.

I have just returned from the factory training course held in China and seen the impressive facilities at Limac as well as meeting their production team. Being factory trained means you will receive the best possible support in the Oceana Region. We also carry all the spare parts in our local warehouse. In the unlikely event of a problem we can attend quickly with the part in hand getting you back into production with minimal fuss.
